MOIN Inc., a global remittance fintech company, has announced a strategic business partnership (MOU) with G.U. Technologies Global PTE. LTD., a key technology partner of Japan's public blockchain "Japan Open Chain," and Bifrost, a cross-chain infrastructure solution company, to build next-generation global financial infrastructure.

This three-way partnership aims to combine each company's core strengths—MOIN's secure global payment network, Japan Open Chain's regulatory-compliant enterprise platform, and Bifrost's cutting-edge cross-chain technology—to spread a new financial system for the Web3 era from Asia to the world. Specifically, the partnership will establish a regulatory-compliant multi-currency stablecoin (KRW, JPY, EUR, etc.) issuance framework and ensure seamless cross-chain interoperability to realize safe and efficient cross-border financial infrastructure.

The three companies will design a stablecoin operation framework that complies with regulatory frameworks in each jurisdiction, with a focus on enabling smooth asset movement in multi-chain environments. The scope of cooperation includes ▲ establishing a multi-currency stablecoin issuance and remittance framework, ▲ developing interoperability architecture across multiple chains, and ▲ expanding enterprise Web3 financial infrastructure.

The three companies jointly leading innovation each have a strong track record in their respective domains.

Japan Open Chain is building blockchain infrastructure that anyone in the world can use with confidence at high speed and low cost, together with leading companies and Web3 businesses in the industry, as a practical Ethereum-compatible (Layer 1) public blockchain operated by Japanese companies. At the same time, it aims to bring about a digital financial revolution worldwide through the construction of future financial infrastructure through the digitization of assets such as stablecoin projects by banks and NFTs.

Bifrost is a leading company in the cross-chain communication infrastructure field. It possesses unique technological capabilities to comprehensively realize real-time asset issuance, remittance, and exchange functions in multi-chain environments, and its technical stability and efficiency are widely recognized through successful collaboration records with various global DeFi and Web3 service companies.

MOIN holds overseas remittance and electronic financial business licenses from Korean financial authorities, with strengths including 10 years of accident-free operation experience and thorough regulatory compliance (AML/KYC) systems. Currently promoting license acquisition in Japan and Europe, it plays a leading role globally in expanding actual use cases for stablecoins.

In this partnership, Japan Open Chain will provide JPY-denominated stablecoin infrastructure and coordinate with existing Web2 companies, Bifrost will implement real-time functionality through cross-chain communication infrastructure and develop an integrated multi-currency stablecoin platform, and MOIN will be responsible for service design and actual operations based on financial regulatory expertise and practical experience.

Seo Il-seok, CEO of MOIN, stated, "This partnership marks a major turning point in fusing MOIN's accumulated financial regulatory expertise and global payment network with cutting-edge Web3 technology," and expressed strong ambition, saying, "Through close cooperation among the three companies, we will provide innovative payment and remittance solutions based on regulatory-compliant multi-currency stablecoins and leap forward as Asia's representative cross-border Web3 financial infrastructure."

This strategic partnership is expected to create powerful synergies in building a global cross-border payment ecosystem centered on Asia and present a new standard for financial infrastructure in the Web3 era.
