Kaga City has long been working on smart city policies utilizing digital technology and declared the provision of the "e-Kaga Citizen System" to create electronic citizens "e-Kaga Citizens" in 2021, proceeding with its introduction.
As an adopted project under the FY2023 Digital Garden City Nation Concept Promotion Grant "Digital Implementation Type" My Number Card Utilization Horizontal Deployment Case Creation Type, the "e-Kaga Citizen Certificate NFT" provided by Kaga City aiming to create related population utilizing NFTs is equipped with Web3 wallet management functionality using public personal authentication via My Number Card.
