After working in corporate banking, served as Deputy President and Representative Director at Japan Risk Data Bank, Ltd., where he led the development of credit risk models and AI, as well as the planning and development of banking solutions. In 2020, founded G.U.Technologies Inc. and became Representative Director and CEO. Co-author of several publications including "The Era of Obtaining SME Credit Ratings," "Practical Operational Risk Management," and "Artificial Intelligence and Bank Management" (all published by Kinzai Institute). Recipient of the Japan Financial Innovation Award 2025.

After working at Sony Corporation, founded Lunascape Inc., a web browser service company. In 2018, founded G.U.Labs Inc. and currently serves as Representative Director and President & CEO. In 2004, recognized as a Super Creator by IPA's Exploratory Software Project. In 2005, received the Software Product of the Year award from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In 2011, selected by AERA magazine as one of the "100 People Revitalizing Japan." Recipient of the Japan Financial Innovation Award 2025.

After working at Mitsubishi Corporation on information systems planning and development, and business planning for software and hardware, she engaged in strategic consulting at McKinsey.

Until June 2025, he served as an advisor to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Economic Research and Development Impact Department. He previously worked at the Bank of Japan and contributed to initiatives such as the ASEAN+3 Asian Bond Markets Initiative, promoting capital market development in emerging Asia.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University. Started my career at the Development Bank of Japan (now DBJ, Inc.), where I worked in corporate sales, private equity, and in the information systems division focusing on system development and operations. I also served as an executive responsible for corporate restructuring at a DBJ subsidiary.

After graduate studies in Japan, he spearheaded large-scale Digital Transformation (DX) system design & development, data platform construction, and RPA implementation at a global consulting firm.
